The Polycom VVX 411 is a mid-range professional VoIP Desktop Phone, with 12 lines and 3.5” colour LCD display, ensuring that it will be a perfect fit for workers of all types. With 12 programmable buttons and 4-speed dial buttons, alongside its 320×240 display and 4-directional navigation buttons, the phone’s user interface is intuitive and easy to use.
Three expansion modules
The VVX 411 is perfect for increasing productivity, with the ability to add up to 3 expansion modules. It also includes Polycom HD Voice and Acoustic Clarity technology, allowing you to become less fatigued from your phone calls, increasing productivity. This technology can be used when talking on your handset, a headset connected via the RJ9 jack, or even on the full-duplex hands-free speakerphone.
Compatible with Skype for business
This model is also optimised for Skype for Business, allowing you to access the wide range of features within this software, including the ability to view your Microsoft Exchange calendar and access your company directory. On top of these other features, the VVX 411 MS includes all your standard call features such as call hold, transfer, divert and 3-way conferencing.
Dual Ethernet connection
The two Gigabit Ethernet ports allow this phone to function using Power over Ethernet, meaning this phone does not come with a power supply. One can be purchased separately here: Polycom VVX 411 Power Supply
