The free delivery offer does not apply to the following items:

  • Some large products necessitate Scheduled Delivery.

International Shipping

The delivery time may vary depending on the country of shipment, but for the most part, items are delivered in 3-5 working days. Once all address information is submitted during checkout, a delivery estimate is given. Despite the fact that this estimate is generally correct, we reserve the right to change it if the size and weight of the actual shipment change. Customers are alerted to any discrepancies in the shipping quote before their orders are completed. Before the product is shipped from our warehouse, customers have an opportunity to make any necessary changes or cancel the order.

Depending on the simplest and quickest method to deliver your order, techmart.uk reserves the right to ship your order by air or by land. These situations vary according to the requirements, culture, and other factors of the target countries. After the order is processed, all items are shipped out of our warehouses the same day or the next day.

Returns

Please carefully review all terms and conditions before submitting a return claim.  Techmart.uk reserves the right to deny any request for a return, refund, or exchange.

Please submit your “return,” “damaged upon delivery,” or “missing” item requests within eight hours of receiving the goods. The conditions listed below will apply:

Refund Policy

If you received an item that is physically damaged, defective, missing components or attachments, or is otherwise different from what was described on the product detail page on techmart.uk, you can return it. A refund is given to the original payment method (in the case of pre-paid transactions) or to your bank account once we receive your return or the seller notifies us that they have received it, as applicable (in the case of Pay on Delivery orders).

  • Within three days of receiving the ordered product(s), the customer may request a refund (s).
  • Products can only be reimbursed in accordance with the Refund Policy after 3 days have passed since delivery.
  • Only if they are notified at the time of delivery will physically damaged and/or missing Product(s) be taken into consideration.
  • Within 5-7 business days, the amount will be credited to your account.
  • The amount of the return is limited to the cost of the purchased product(s).
  • Payment processing fees and shipping costs are not refundable.

Return Policy

  • Customers have three days from the day they received the product to file a claim for the return of the purchased item(s).
  • The Product(s) may only be fixed in accordance with the Repair Policy after 3 days of delivery.
  • Only if they are notified at the time of delivery will physically damaged and/or missing Product(s) be taken into consideration.
  • Only the amount of the purchased Product(s) is covered by the return amount.
  • Payment processing fees and shipping costs are not refundable.
  • The amount will also be subtracted if the initial order included a coupon, discount, or other special offer.

Return Process

  • All returned items must be in brand-new (AS SOLD CONDITION), unopened packaging, including all manuals, blank warranty cards, and extra accessories.
  • Products must be received in “AS NEW” condition, complete, and unopened. We are not able to accept the goods back if the package has been opened.
  • Along with the return, include the invoice. If the products are flawed, please list the flaw on a separate piece of paper and affix it to the invoice. Please DO NOT WRITE OR MARK ANYWHERE ON THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING THE FACTORY PACKAGING (CARRIER).
  • Goods must be returned to our Returns Department either by yourself or sent by a courier.
  • The consumer is liable for any delivery fees associated with returning an item or items.
  • uk will send the goods for inspection after receiving them
  • If you return an item with the seal broken or in unsellable condition, techmart.uk has the right to accept or refuse the return depending on the condition of the goods.
  • Pre-authorized returns should be sent to the location listed on the contact us page. Refunds can only be made using the original method of payment.

Dead on Arrival

If you discover that the product has a manufacturing defect, please get in touch with us and provide us with full details about the problem. If a product is Dead On Arrival (DOA) within the first three days of delivery, we will make arrangements to pick up the defective device within five working days and, if necessary, make replacement arrangements. As an alternative, you can deliver the item to our service facility. You will be required to present your original invoice and identification in either situation. Replacements won’t be made until the faulty item has been examined and designated as a DOA item. You will be asked to drop the product off at our service center if it is not within the DOA window. Depending on the nature of the issue, we will take the proper measures to either repair or replace the product.

Order Confirmation and Cancellation

  • Techmart.uk reserves the physical product for you once an order has been verified via email, provided that the product is Ex-Stock.
  • The pricing of the items listed on techmart are approximations that are dependent on the state of the market.
  • Please be aware that delivery of all purchases will depend on stock availability.
  • If you choose to cancel the order, do so right away. The order may be canceled within eight hours.
  • Email us your notification at info@techmart.uk. We would be pleased to enhance our service if you could let us know why you canceled.
  • Refunds can only be made using the original method of payment.
